Our Services

1) Request access to the Nephesh House Google calendar to check availability. Email or text Luke or Terilyn to request access.

2) Request a specific date by emailing or texting Luke or Terilyn.

3) When availability has been confirmed, we will email an electronic invoice with 50% payment due to book and 50% due the week before your stay.

Life happens! So cancellations with cause (even last-minute) will receive a full refund less the ~3.5% fee taken by the payment processor.

Standard check-in time will be after noon and check-out time will be before noon. If you would like different check-in or check-out time, please ask as we are happy to accommodate your request if we can.

3- to 7-night stays: $130/night

Any nights past 7 nights: $100/night (the first 7 nights are still $130/night)

Rates are year round.

Two additional costs will be added to each reservation:

1) A bed-remaking fee of $5 per bed; so if your family of 6 uses 4 beds, there will be an additional $20 cost on your reservation.

2) Delaware’s 4.5% short-term rental tax.

These are things that we keep stocked in the home and you are welcome to use. If you use the last of something, please purchase a replacement for the next guests.
