This breath-taking adventure will be best suited for those with some paddling stamina. The Conowingo Islands are a cluster of rock islands on the Susquehanna River, just south of the towering Norman Wood Bridge. Hidden coves, sandy beaches, playful currents, towering rock formations – these islands are a kayaker’s dream playground.  

*Exploring this amazing adventure location requires extra time on the water. A $15/kayak booking surcharge will be included with your Conowingo Islands reservation.

This route begins and ends at the same access point on the Susquehanna River.
